Alyssa and Logan with Santa (December 2005)
Alyssa's Spot:
Alyssa is our family drama queen! Always happy and smiling- she is a joy to have around. Alyssa attends first grade and received straight A's for the first nine weeks. We are so very proud of Alyssa since school has always been such a struggle for her. She is a trooper and has worked very hard.
If you need entertainment for your parties- Alyssa will recruit her little sister, Katelyn, and they will be happy to sing and dance the most unique ballet you've ever seen! Of course- the ballet may well be danced to the tune of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star (Kate's favorite song) or I Love Rock n Roll (Alyssa's favorite song). Either way-- I guarantee it will be the cutest ballet you've ever seen :)
This photo was taken October 2006. It was on "mismatched" sock day during Home Coming week.
Welcome to the Fuksa Family Blog! We hope you enjoy reading about our six little darlings: Alyssa, Logan, Katelyn, Alexander, Sage and Gabriella. I will also be uploading lots of pictures as well as family updates. Please come visit us often!

Logan Dean Fuksa
Logan's Spot:
Logan has been busy helping daddy! They have scrapped metal and are working on restoring a 1966 Ford Truck. Logan loves to work in the garage and mimics everything that daddy does.
Logan has been diagnosed with a metabolic disorder called Methymalonic Aciduria. He takes several medications that help him break down protein. He attends a special education preschool in the afternoons and is doing well.
Photos:

bottom (r): this is what Logan looks like after working in the garage with daddy all day!
In case you are wondering...those are his garage overalls!! That's all he'll wear when he goes outside to work with Jassen.
Katelyn Suzanne Fuksa
Katelyn's Spot:
Katie is doing great! She goes to a special education preschool in the afternoons through the school district and is learning all sorts of new things. Katie has really come out of her shell in the last six months since beginning the PALS program. While still some what reserved with a hot-temper...we are beginning to see a break in the clouds...and peeking out is our little sunshine baby! Katelyn has learned how to be a diva from her big sister, Alyssa. The two of them stand on the picnic table outside in the back yard and entertain us with a concert-complete with dancing. They use Alyssa's jumpropes as microphones!
